Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Red Carpet Connection. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our private coaching, training, and leadership development experiences. By registering, enrolling, or participating in our services, you agree to these terms.
Each engagement may include a unique agreement, which will outline any additional terms specific to your experience.
Services Provided
We offer curated coaching, leadership training, communication consulting, and business development experiences—both live and digital. These services are designed to help individuals build clarity, messaging, foundational systems, and personal visibility.
All participants receive a combination of live instruction, group coaching, and self-guided assignments. Services are delivered by Dr. Andrea Adams-Miller, Drew Sutton, and other affiliated experts.
Participant Responsibilities
To ensure a successful experience, participants agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions and participate fully in assignments, discussions, and final presentations.
Communicate promptly with our team regarding scheduling or access issuesMaintain professionalism and respect within group spaces
Complete all media, publishing, and coaching consent forms if requested
Understand that visibility-related benefits (such as press releases or recordings) require full completion of the program and active participation
We reserve the right to remove participants who are disruptive, non-compliant, or fail to respect the process or other participants.
Payment & Refund Policy
This program is non-refundable once registration is complete, we do however encourage you to reach out with concerns, we are human. Your payment secures your seat in a limited-capacity experience, and funds are committed to facilitation, team, and infrastructure.
If you are unable to attend, we may—at our discretion—offer a transfer or partial credit toward future programs, provided you notify us in advance and the cohort has not yet begun.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, partial participation, or disagreement with content after access has been granted.
Recording & Media Use
Participants agree that elements of this program may be recorded, including final presentations, group sessions, or interviews.
By participating, you grant us permission to:
Record and repurpose your Signature Talk (with credit to you)
Publish a press release about your participation and completion
Use your likeness, name, and achievements to promote future programs (unless explicitly revoked in writing)
If you wish to opt out of public-facing assets, you must provide written notice prior to graduation.
Confidentiality & Ownership
We respect the confidentiality of group spaces and request that participants do the same.
All proprietary training materials and intellectual property shared during the program remain the property of The Red Carpet Connection and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
You retain ownership of any original work you create within the program, including your Signature Talk. However, you grant us the right to publish and share your final talk and press materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
No Guarantees
All services and outcomes are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific financial results, visibility placements, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, integrity, and follow-through.
That said, we are deeply committed to your growth and will provide expert-level coaching, support, and resources to help you succeed.
Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to remove or disengage participants who are found to be abusive, disrespectful, or in breach of this agreement. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate court located in Findlay, Ohio.
